CONCEPT

Before dinner or on your way home.
Drop in for a casual glass in Kamakura.

A small craft beer bar set in a traditional Japanese house in Sakanoshita, Kamakura, just a 3-minute walk from Hase Station. Surrounded by earthen walls and warm timber, it feels like a quiet hideaway. Away from the bustle, we pour every glass with care.

Draft craft beer from our taps takes center stage, alongside a small selection of bottles, cans and non-alcoholic drinks. Travelers and locals alike are always welcome.

THE SETTING

Stillness of earth and timber

The character of the old Sakanoshita house remains intact. Earthen walls, exposed beams and warm timber create a calm rarely found in a city bar. Take a seat, and time seems to slow.

Fresh from the tap

We carefully manage temperature and carbonation so every beer is served at its best. Our rotating selection features distinctive craft beers from small independent breweries across Kanagawa.

The luxury of a hideaway

Down a back lane, a small room of twelve seats. The sign is modest. Those in the know drop by and quietly raise a glass. We hope you will, too.
