Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) 7 days prior to the check-in date → 50% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) 3 days prior to the check-in date → 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.
The full accommodation fee will be charged to your registered credit card on the day of check-in.
For cancellations, please contact us by email as early as possible.
Payment is only accepted by online credit card transaction. If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us in advance.
